Ba Duan Jin · Qi Gong · Stockholm
Cherry approaches Qi Gong as a practice of connection, between body, breath, attention and Qi. Her teaching experience includes Ba Duan Jin at YogaYama Östermalm in Stockholm.
Rooted in the ancient practice of Ba Duan Jin, she explores flowing movement, physical alignment and moving meditation, grounded in the traditional understanding of Qi and energy channels.
A contemporary approach to Qi Gong, where there is nothing to perform, only space to notice, explore and discover.

My Philosophy
I believe a good practice gives you space to notice rather than something to perform.
Move within your own limits. Notice where they are. Challenge yourself when it feels right, and let go when it doesn’t. Stay curious. Stay present.
Over time, the practice becomes less about getting the movement right and more about understanding your own body.allowing the body to find its own gentle alignment and rhythm. It's about listening, not pushing.

Stillness is not absence of movement, but movement so gentle it becomes breath.
