Cultivating Flow
Finding Alignment

For me, Qi Gong is a practice of cultivating connection between the body, breath, attention and Qi.

I teach Ba Duan Jin, an ancient Chinese Qi Gong practice combining flowing movement, physical alignment and awareness. We work with the traditional idea of energy channels, using posture and movement to support the flow of Qi through the body.

Alongside the physical practice, I introduce Ba Duan Jin as moving meditation, a chance to turn attention inward, quiet the mind and become more present in the body.

My approach is grounded and exploratory. There is no perfect shape to achieve. Move within your own limits, make the movement smaller when needed, and stay curious about what you feel.A contemporary approach to Qi Gong, free from dogma, focused on your rhythm.

My Philosophy

Nothing to Prove
Something to Discover

I believe a good practice gives you space to notice rather than something to perform.

Move within your own limits. Notice where they are. Challenge yourself when it feels right, and let go when it doesn’t. Stay curious. Stay present.

Over time, the practice becomes less about getting the movement right and more about understanding your own body.allowing the body to find its own gentle alignment and rhythm. It's about listening, not pushing.

Core Principles

Grounded in Practice

Our teaching focuses on three foundational elements that bring depth and clarity to every movement.

Unforced Breath

Gentle Alignment

Stillness in Motion

Learn to breathe deeply and naturally, allowing each movement to flow with ease and bringing quiet awareness to the present moment.

Discover spacious postures that support your body's natural structure, promoting comfort and stability without strain.

Cultivate a profound sense of calm as you move, finding a grounded presence that extends beyond the practice space.
